Re: Toshiba 32inch model No 32W1333DB
Freaky stuff...back in January I started this thread as the Toshiba was stuck with blinking LED. ReeceyBurger123 was good enough to help me out with a firmware update and got the tele back working. Today I was back on the site looking for something else and decided to brag that the tv was still working grand. I should of known better haha...came home and the tv wouldnt turn on Still had the files saved on my pc so followed same procedure as in January and thankfully it worked,YAY. props to MR.REECEYBURGER AGAIN!!!! wow i really did jinx myself...
Thank you to the guys at HEGE supporting Badcaps [ HEGE ] [ HEGE DEX Chart ]

Just had quick look with 2 local stores here and neither even sell Pioneer. All Samsung,LG,Panasonic,Sony and then some cheapo brands
Few second hand Pioneers on adverts sites locally but big money!!...

WOOHOO
It worked...TV back to its brutal Vestel best!!!
Tried as you said first with TV on put usb in and held OK on remote but nothing happened...tried this couple of times with no joy
Unplugged TV...popped in USB to lower slot and then plugged her back in with my son holding the OK remote button
within bout 3 seconds the LED flashed rapid
and within another 60 seconds approx the screen bounced into life
with the installation setup on screen...awesome
The folks will...

Re: Toshiba 32inch model No 32W1333DB
No worries. gave me a giggle anyway.
Is there anyway to get the set to read the firmware off a USB instead of wearing out the spa flash Ic?
I love talking bout things I've no clue about
im presuming every time it turns on it has to read again
gonna try usb stick now!...

can't wait to have my pile of crap going again
although you're not wrong buddy. why does their firmware fail so readily apart from the obvious cutting costs!?
