Re: Samsung 400DXN-2 LH46BVTLBC/EN - Magic info problem
Yes - i'm thinking the same thing now...
I've checked the PC on boot and other than the fans and HDD spinning up it looks lifeless!
No POST process, no chance to enter the bios on a linked screen and no lights on the keyboard or mouse.
however...........something strange looks to be happening..
If I turn on the screen with the MagicInfo source selected - nothing happens...
when trying to check the bios, I turned on the screen and pressed all the usual keys...

Re: Samsung 400DXN-2 LH46BVTLBC/EN - Magic info problem
Hi,
I have tested the HDD in another PC and I can see the Windows XP startup screen so I'm pretty sure it's not the HDD at fault.
I'll re-build it and see if I can get anything to come up on a separate screen when booting into bios - but I don't think anything is shown on the screen, it's as if POST doesn't happen..
Thanks
Gav

Samsung 400DXN-2 LH46BVTLBC/EN - Magic info problem
Hi All,
I'm hoping you will be able to help me with this problem..
We have had this Samsung display for some years now - we've been using it as a power point presentation screen using the inbuilt PC.
Recently the PC has stopped working with nothing showing on the display.
With source set to 'MagicInfo' it simply says "No Signal".
I have tested the HDD and it spins up OK and can be read when connected to my PC.
The power seems OK - All the fans start up and hdd spins when I turn the tv on.
I have recently been told...
