LG 60pn5700 No display.
Hello i have a LG 60pn5700.
I have checked all my voltages:
VZB: 115
VSC: 148
VS: 203
VA: 55
I have also checked autogen_ext. I get each indvidual color and i get the scans but i do not get actual color bars. The tv acts like it is powered up without autogen_ext jumpered but gives no output. Any thoughts?

Re: LF501EM6F Emerson 50" tv
I replaced C3825 and C3828 with 5uf caps. Tv is functional. You're mileage may vary.

Re: LF501EM6F Emerson 50" tv
I traced the line pulling and replacing components in the circuit until found the ones that were shorted to ground.

No I pulled one of the others and then replaced it so it would not run away.

LF501EM6F Emerson 50" tv
I have an LF501EM6F Emerson 50" tv with a main board model number BA4GU5G0201 4. I found two shorted caps on the back of the main board. C3825 and C3828.
I am wondering if anyone has a board they can measure these caps on and let me know what they are? It might help someone else with one of these chirpers too. I measured 5.6uf on one I removed but it would be nice to have a little verification....

Vizio E500-A1 Picture shuts down.
I have a Vizio E500-A1 that will show an image and have audio for a few minutes after turning on. It will then shut down video and audio and will not respond to any panel button pushes. At this time i still have all the correct voltages from power supply to main board. The backlight also remains on when the rest of the tv shuts down. i have found one component i think may be causing the problem due to it overheating. i have listed voltages coming off of it. it is marked DII 1084 1252bg. Number on board u702
Thank you for the help in advance....

Re: DP42849 Wont stay powered on.
I traced the path on pin 5 on the K8L connector and it dives in under the broadcom processor.

Re: DP42849 Wont stay powered on.
I checked at pin 1 and I do not have 5vdc with it off or when it is power cycled on K8L.

Re: DP42849 Wont stay powered on.
The service manual is for a -00 chassis. I checked the chip and it is not one listed as having the on-off problem. This one turns on for 10 seconds and shuts down. It wont turn back on again until you press the power button. It will not turn back on after the third time.

Re: DP42849 Wont stay powered on.
It is a N7AE but the tuner says N7AH so that is what i installed in it to match the original.

DP42849 Wont stay powered on.
I have a DP42849-04 that i have been working on. I have replaced the main board due to a surge.
i have my 5v, 3v, 24v, and 12V when powered on. i have 3v and 5v when not on. When i turn the TV on, the green light comes on and then it powers back off about 10 seconds later. I can do this 3 times then the tv goes into protect and i have to unplug it for a moment to reset it.
Any help would be appreciated.
