You could also buy this adapter from here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/ATX-24pin-to-Motherboard-2-port-6pin-Power-Supply-Cable-F-HP-Z220-Z230-SFF-30cm-/291511486548?hash=item43df704854:g:uiYAAOSw5dNWhNiZ
I solved my fan issue by pulling out the 4-Pin-Fan out from the original PSU.
If you want to do the same:
FANCMD is PWM, so
from PSU-Fan connect blue to white/red cable from P2 socket.
from PSU-Fan connect green to white from P2 socket.
from PSU-Fan connect black to black from new PSU
from PSU-Fan...Last edited by KyleRiemen; 03-07-2016, 07:37 AM.

Re: HP Elite 8200 SFF PSU
Found this thread via google, since i have the same probs and i think i can help you at least a little.
The coloursdo match mostly with the standard ATX colours.
- Your (P3) 4-Pin CPU connector (brown, brown, black, black) is the same as (yellow, yellow, black, black) 4-pin cpu connector like on standard ATX psu.
besides purple, white, white-red every thing can be connected by colour match an on standard PSU.
Yellow to yellow (+12V)
Black to black (GND)
Green on green (PS_ON)
Grey to grey (PWR_OK)...
