As I said, I would be glad to help badaxe in solving problem providing all the measurements that are required...
And one more thing I can't power the ruter board for long time of period as BC chip is heating too much and it's matter of time when he's going to be melted.

Besides my skills are not such that I could do repair for someone else. I do this more as a hobby and curiosity.

I think that this router finished his career... (at least to me)
Changing the processor for me is too complicated and probably not cost-effective.

First I want to apologize for bad English, but this is the only place where I can present my problem. (I don't know whether to open a new topic)
A friend of mine gave me a wrt54g v1.0 router with PS 7.5V 1A. (no Linksys of course)
Router worked fine for 4 hours and then it just shut down.After a little research I realized that it can work only on the 5V.
I read this thread from beginning to end and tried to eventual solution customize to my problem.
