Hi Dick I will do that and get back to you but does anybody know where I can get a schematic for the led dp42d23 tv .It would appear that whatever is supposed to generate 12 vdc to appear at these test points on the power supply is defective .There is 0 voltage
at these test points so I came come to the conclusion my first issue is in the power supply board .Leave a comment:

I measured the terminal and the 5 vdc were present but no 12 vdc was to be found
so what could be causing the 12 v to not be present ?...Leave a comment:

The fuse has continuity ( I guess I am used to easily replaceable fuses and the connector is in all the way what else can I check and what board usually creates these symptoms where it is a blank blue screen and no sound and nothing else ?...Leave a comment:
