Would you happen to have a schematic for an ASUS X401A? I noticed it looks like you may have a boardview file at least. I have two that I am currently working on. I thing I have a shorted mosfet on the first one, but haven't looked at the second one yet. Would be super nice to have a schematic.

Thanks
Lee C.

Hi Mariushm do you still have the schematic for the power supply board of a Samsung T220 monitor? I saw you had posted it a couple of years ago but of course the link is bad by now. The old link was http://savedonthe.net/a/samsung_t200_220_ch_ltw20_22_sm.rar. I am really struggling with a power supply. My voltages are bouncing real bad between 1 and 1.9 volts when they should be 3.3 and 5 volts. I have changed the rectifier and all the caps, but the problem still persists. My rectifier DC output is bouncing between 165-170 VDC and the input is a fairly solid 122VAC.Hi Mariushm do you

• Re: New Members - please post your introductions here

Hi all,
Lee from North Carolina here. I got my start in electronics back in 1982. I got my first computer in 1981 and it only had 16k of memory. I remember ordering a kit to upgrade it to 64k. To install the kit, you had to insert the chips into sockets, clip some diodes, cut a trace circuit, and solder a jumper. I was only 12 years old and performed the task successfully. From that point on, I was hooked! I continued experimenting with electronics through out high school, and went on to attend DeVry Institute of Technology...
