now i wanted to check if its the case at 100% brightness and yip 3 seconds to black and doesnt stay on.

i tryd to reset with holding 5 seconds the power button with everything unplugged but no change.

so... soldering done, changed all the caps from the power supply except the big one. all solderings are good, contact wise.

    but... no change

maybe it needs less on and off switch cycles to turn the monitor finally on, but that´s not a big change didn´t try that so often.

maybe is the backlight flickering (bright, a little bit darker, bright and so on, for about 10secs) after the monitor finally stay on the issue?

or should i change the caps on the...

    Panasonic caps should be fine?

i´ll keep you guys informed if it worked. this weekend i should get this done.

i didn´t saw any blown cap´s from my pov all looks fine. but i think also a cap could be altered and not fully working.

i wrote down the specs of every cap i found so maybe i replace every cap that´s on there. do i need DC caps or normal ones?

shouldn´t be that hard to solder?

But the miracle is that when i try switching on and off a few times, the monitor switches on and the display flickers for a short time (10 seconds or so) and then the monitor works fine till i switch it off.

    maybe thats an...
