Good morning, my name is Erick and I stumbled on your forum as a frustrated consumer looking for help! You see I purchased a 60" LG 60PZ550 4 years ago, shipped it overseas and when it arrived the screen was cracked. I shipped it back to the US hoping that I could exchange it and the store would not do so. So, I have a never before used TV and I was hoping that I may be able to find help here.
