So i spent a good amount of money and time doing things i thought would solve the issue before decided to ask here (maybe that was wrong, but thats what I did, and its not messed up more than it already was)

Badcaps! now my current problem is not exactly caps! there seems to be a gooey molten and then hardened thermistor in my lcd power pcb. and i didnt find any "badthermistor" forum
