Hi all!

I have a Westinghouse LD4655VX television that turns itself on and off and flips through the menus, inputs and volume randomly and spontaneously.

I originally thought that some rogue signals were causing the TV to flip out, but I have now isolated the cause, just need to know how to fix it.

Cause: the TV has a control panel along the lower right side consisting of buttons for power, volume and menu. Normally you would touch the button with your finger to activate the function… I find now that just putting my hand in the vicinity of the right...
