Re: Panasonic tc-p50x3 won't turn on
[QUOTE=tw2005;621086]
So I got the remote today and it has the same result as pushing the power button on the TV set. It can turn the standby light off and turn it on. Still makes the same relay click sounds but still no screen prime or anything. Is it possible the screen went and just won't turn on?!? About out of moves here hahaRe: Panasonic tc-p50x3 won't turn on

Re: Panasonic tc-p50x3 won't turn on
Kind of off topic but I have a vizio that's giving me problems. It's a e321vl and it works perfectly until you go to shit it off and turn it back on shortly after. One time it shut itself off and wouldn't turn backing also

Re: Panasonic tc-p50x3 won't turn on
After plugging everything back in it does the same ole stuck in standby. As far as checking the sn and ss boards how would I go about doing that. And what should the resistance be?

With Everything except the white ribbons unplugged I get a 7 blink code.

Re: Panasonic tc-p50x3 won't turn on
Is there any way I could test and see if one or the other might be the problem? For example unplugging the boards at desperate times and trying to get it I fire up?

Re: Panasonic tc-p50x3 won't turn on
Ok so I just tried holding the vol + button for 5 seconds probably more with the standby light on and nothing happened. I'm not sure what to do next....

Re: Panasonic tc-p50x3 won't turn on
Ok thanks. I'm hoping this is all the problem is and hoping the previous owners didn't put any effort into trying to figure out what the problem is prior to bringing it to the dump. I'll post the results in 8 hours! Haha

Ok I'll give that a try after work. Do I do that with the standby light on or off?

Re: 32" vizio power problem
I can't figure out why the pictures won't upload so I'm giving the numbers I found on the boards. Power Board: 0500-0412-1010 also PLHC-A942A. Video Board: LAQKHLMM4210684 also found a sticker that says E321VL with 1016 right below it. Hope this helps!

Re: Panasonic tc-p50x3 won't turn on
Now that procedure is just on the remote only? Not on the set itself? I ordered the correct remote and it should be here Thursday....

Could I program my direct tv remote to the TV to turn it in that way?

32" vizio power problem
hi guys. I grabbed another TV from the dump and this time it was a "32 vizio. I brought it home plugged it in and turned it on and it works perfectly.... Until I turn it off and try to turn it back on. When I try to turn it back on the Orange vizio light illuminates and won't turn back on. I took the rear cover off and looked for any bulged or bad capacitors and found nothing. Any ideas what this could be?

Re: Panasonic tc-p50x3 won't turn on
Ok I'll give that a try. Do they have a universal remote or does it have to be made specifically for that model TV?...
