So here's the scoop on this TV I've been trying to fix. It turns on . The capacitors are good. But the picture is horrible. Ghost like images throughout the screen and its separated into 3 sections. Each section looks different. Pictures are attached. Could it be the tcon board or am I looking in the wrong spot? Thanks for the help!... -
