I am having a similar problem. My power supply board has no 5v, 12v, or 24v at the white plug coming out of the board. I bought a board on ebay and now I have 5v and nothing else. I just wanted to confirm that if I jump pson and 5v that I should have voltage at 12v and 24v at the plug because when I jump them together I don't get voltage out of 12v or 24v. I just wonder if the new board is bad also.
