I have an LG LED 50 inch TV and I had switched from directv to Timewarner in the beginning of the week. Anyways ironically after connecting the new cable box my tv started showing lines in the lower third of the screen. I thought it may be the hdmi cable and box so I unplugged and and switched to the input for my XBox. It does the same thing on that input as well. The model number is 50LN5100-UB. Any help on a diagnostics or fix would be great. Also I should note that the lines shown in the attached photo it moves up and down in the lower section of the screen...

Hi there. I've been a frequent browser of the forums for help in the past with tv problems but I've decided to finally join as I'm in the need of some help. To start I'm 31 from upstate ny, married, 3 kids, volunteer firefighter. I've always been a tinker with electronics. Anyways I hope to get lots more info and help when needed from you nice folks
