Re: Pioneer 50" LX5090 Plasma doesn't switch on sometimes

Hi. I've just joined the forum. I've got a KURO LX5090 which I bought brand new in 2009. As I have spent a long time working away from home, it has had relatively little use for a TV that is over 6 years old.

It failed within 3 months (blinking red light - wouldn't power on) and I stupidly let CURRY's engineers take it back and proceed to butcher it before they offered me a crappy replacement (Pioneer had just stopped supplying TVs).

I demanded the set back and Pioneer fixed it under warranty....
