This video fixed the problem. I would have never checked the IR board.

I have a Vizio E320VL that just stopped working. When I power it up the Vizio logo on the frame turns from Amber to White and the Vizio logo splash screen comes up for a second and then goes to a dark blue screen. No video comes up and menu options won’t display. I also can’t power off the unit unless I unplug it but it will turn itself off after about 1-2 minutes.

I’ve checked all the regulators on the Main Board and they check out as normal. I’ve read a lot of posts on here talking about the U33 regulator going bad but this unit doesn’t have a U33 regulator....
