CN601 - checks out
24.2V on pin 1-4

CN602 - looks like higher voltage than expected on pin 4 and 5. Calls for 13v unreg.

Back from the dead!!!

Model: KDL-37XBR6

Issue:
Picture is almost normal when the TV is first powered on from being cold.
No picture after ~15 sec then alternation between funky lines and blank
.
Sound works when a valid station is chosen.
No blink code. Solid green power.

Tried throwing money at it as I was short on time
New T-con from shopjimmy.com produced the same issues.

Found this thread and broke out the multi-meter.
