Hi Everyone,

I'm the new guy so a big hello to all

I've a Sony Bravia KDL-40V3000 which powers up good with good picture and gradually turns slightly Bright/White over 30 min with slightly distorted picture.

I have checked the T-CON board ribbon cables, removed them from sockets, cleaned and reseated. No change.

I've also collected the following GAMMA voltages on the test points.

VGMA 1. 15.32
VGMA 2. 15.07
VGMA 3. 14.93
VGMA 4. 12.54
VGMA 5. 11.75
VGMA 6. 10.82
VGMA 7. 10.17...

My name is Paul and I'm from Northern Ireland. My passion is electronics. I work as a technician for Siemens and enjoy attempting to repair anything that is electronic in my workshop .. If I Can..
