Gor myself a Gigabyte GA8VM533 RZ,after troubleshoot.found out
one of the VRM mosfet shorted, the part no is FDD7030L ,i don't have
a actual replacement part so i get a nearer substitude 60N03H
and not sure is it becoz of not proper replacement part after i fired
up it POST but freeze at POST screen..then i check the V-CORE
and found out the V-CORE will drop from 1.75V to 0.08V ..

Re: MSI KT3 ultra MS6380E Ver 1.0 wired problem
But i think even with the D-Bracket i don't think it can let me know the problem
coz i still need to power up the board first before the indicator will indicate the error
right ..

Re: MSI KT3 ultra MS6380E Ver 1.0 wired problem
I notice most of the cap near VRM or the socket area are Rubycon ..
but when i measure the resistance between the P_ok and P_on
both ways give 0 ohm .when i compare other ok boards it's only one way
give 0 ohm and the other way some resistance..could it be cause by
badcaps ? or integrated circuit ?
