Unfortunatly i cant source the schematic to get voltage points.
Although the boards to have test points on them.

These points give the correct voltages once the pcb board controller board is disconnected, so i believe the whole power part of the circuit may be working ok?

Iv ordered 2 new caps and shall fit them and see what difference they shall make.

Ok so now i can get it to come on when i disconnect the PCB Controller board.
The tv will come on and all fans working etc.. But iv noticed while its been on for a short time (thought id give it a soak test) 2 Capacitors Daewoo 1000uF 160wV (m)105oC , the tops of these bulged up???

Any idea what they are doing, why etc...

Ok, the screen initially had a fault which seemed to create a bar code distortion in the picture running horizontally in three places. Two at the top and one at the bottom. Between 1 and 2 centimetres in height. I managed to solve this...
