Hello,
The file that you uploaded it's not the main laptop BIOS, it's just the VBIOS for dedicated graphics card on your motherboard (RX 6800M).
If you post high quality photos of your motherboard from both sides, then I'll try to help you locate the correct BIOS chip on this board.
Regards

Re: Samsung Galaxy Book NP750XDA BIOS request
Probably GigaDevice GD25R128E is compatible with this board too.
Have you read your BIOS chip with TL866 II Plus programmer? Your programmer detected BIOS chip as W25Q128JV (or you have selected it manually). Hi
I've got identical motherboard too. If you could not find original BIOS chip, you can use Macronix MX77L12850F and - if it's a BIOS related issue - it should work properly.
I'll try to read my chip and post working BIOS in this thread.Re: Samsung Galaxy Book NP750XDA BIOS request

Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Hello everybody!
I've got a problem with my plasma TV. I have read some informations on this Forum, but I haven't found a similar problem to my, so I decided to start a new topic in Troubleshooting TV subforum (if I can post new threads).
Greetings to all of you.
PS. Sorry for my bad english.
