Sorry I havent posted back but I went ahead and got a new replacement board for $39.00. The monitor worked fine for about 4 hours. The next morning went to turn it on and the same problem reappeared. After 50 to 20 seconds the backlights go out and the power light stays blue. Any other suggestions. I am trying to posts pictures.

No red/pink hue. If i turn off or unplug the monitor and turn it right back on or plug it right back in, the backlites come right back on but only for about 15 to 20 seconds. I will post pictures of the top and bottom of the board later today.Leave a comment:

Hello Everyone I am a Newbie here to the forums. I have a ViewSonic VX2235wm Monitor that when I turn it on the picture is great, but after 20 seconds the monitor goes out but the blue light stays on. I replaced all 8 of the Caps that was suggested in other forums (None of which were swelled or leaking) and still have the same problem. The board is a DAC-19M009 with sound. Any Ideas?
