Hi all,
my conclusion of the problem is to disconnect the main cord.
The TV turns on any time I reconnect the power cord and switch on the power switch.
Thanks for your hints anyway.

Re: BN44-00301a
As I sayed, it is working right now. I tried several times turning on and off.
The boster voltage at the 82uF cap measures 392V.
nice weekend

Re: BN44-00301a
Hi,
thanks, I got the data sheet and I measured the VCC OK with 13VDC between pin 6 (GND) and 8 (VCC). I suspect the reference at the internal zener diode (pin 5) not alike 6.5V but 0.7V.
The diode measures OK.
Any idea to that? Right now that bastard shows a nice picture.
I think to replace the FAN 7530.
Does anyone have reliable source to buy?
Cheers
Olaf

Re: BN44-00301a
Hi,
the device is ICP 801 and it read EK17 FAN7530.
Is there any circuit diagram of the PCB available?
Cheers
Olaf

Re: BN44-00301a
Hi,
I'm facing the same problem with an LE37B530 at the PCB BN44-00301A.
Problem: when it turns on the welcome sound is heard, but no backlight nor a picture. Intermittently the TV turns on and runs normally for hours.
I suspect the switchmode power supply at the hot side. As I measure the voltage across the two caps 82uF/450V only at 315V.
+5V, and +13V are present as well as the SB voltage.
I read a lot of posts in here, but I could not find any conclusion of the problem.
Has anyone a tip what the problem may cause?...

Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Hi all, I'm Olaf from the lake of constance in Germany.
About 35 years ago my profession was radio & TV technician. In between I had several other jobs still related to technique. Also to do with PC.
Recently my wife aske me to repait our LED TV.
I have to admit it seems to me thats no TV, but a computer wit a large screen.
I hope to get a good hint what could be wrong the this Samsung TV.
All the best Olaf
