Same here, just fixed two FSC P17-1 showing exactly the same symptoms this thread is about. Thanks a lot for offering such profound information
I actually replaced C922 & C923 with 1000 uF / 25V as well as C924 & C925 with 470 uF / 25V (all were HERMEI ...) and resoldered as adviced. Works like a charme now with just a minor problem left: one screens OSD says 'locked' - which for sure wasn't before. Any ideas on this ???
