  • Asus crosshair IV(4) formula

    Hello,

I was wondering if some have this MB or maybe have some schematics for this MB from title (asus crosshair iv formula). I got it from a friend and i want to fix it, but i am missing a chip sop8, i dont have any information about it. My question is if some know what chip i am missing (on picture i have circled missing chip) and would share information about that missing chip, i would appreciate that.

    Thank you.

  • Re: NMB1002 HV Transformer

I checked that picture you gave me Budm for HV NMB0002 Transformer and i think that the pin out is same as on NMB1002. I am posting a picture of a NMB0002 from site you gave me but i marked it in 2 colors.

Red shows pins that are connected
Black shows pins that are disconnected

It doesnt mater that one transformer is smd and other isnt.

And i am also posting pictures from mine transformer from left and right side, and it can be concluded that pins are same, difference is only that pins on my transformer...

Is there any substitute for NMB1002 or i need to find original?

NMB1002 is SMD and i mentioned NMB0002 whic is through hole but in fact that is not big problem in both cases

    Thank you!...

  • Re: Samsung SyncMaster 223BW

    Hello,
As i can see you are using windows 7 and maybe this wont help you but i will say.

I had similiar problem, first i changed inverter transformer because it was turning monitor off after 5 sec, after that monitor was working same as yours 2,4,5,10 minutes.

I have found out that was problem with windows 10 and graphic drivers because i had one monitor and just switched on another.

    Hello,
I have wrtiten on thread that you opened about Benq monitor. If we assume that you have measured good those voltages on connector CN701 and as i know 0,09V is not good. You need to have 5V for stand by mode and 12V, what is hardest problem here is that i dont have schematic for this board to help you more. I can tell you that you need to check components from beggining and you should take a look also on smd chip on down side TOP267KG or something similiar. That chip is used for few things like protection and etc but it is going to be hard with out schematic.

  • Re: Benq RL2240H LED Blink and shut down after 1 sek

    Hello,
I have similar power board that is broken and i cant find schematic, so my question is can you tell me what voltages are you getting on that connector CN701(with 9 wires)?

And about your problem it looks like your backlight is not working because of 2 possible problems:

1)Maybe power board isnt giving power to backlight
    or
2)Your backlight is broken and you need to check it

Easiest is that you first check voltages on that small connector that is going from power board...

I just need to add that today those horizontal lines are only white and they don't change colors like they used too do. Its weird.

  • Re: ASUS VW247H 2 horizontal lines

As I said, I have tried another power board and motherboard but problem is still there. So I can now say for sure that power and mother board are good and working but I cant say for sure if problem is in bad panel or driver board. If someone could tell me more about this and can it be problem in driver board? Driver board is connected with motherboard with lvds cable and with panel with I think 5 flat cables.

Nothing happens, same problem is still there.

I am not able now but in few days I will be, ill try electronics from this monitor on another one and vice versa. Then I will be sure if problem is with electronic or panel.

    Will keep you updated.

  • Re: ASUS VW247H 2 horizontal lines

Tried to push(hit) it from both sides and also tried to softly press pixels but nothing happens(the lines are still there).

Picture 2 and 3 are showing monitor start up if he is connected to pc or not. So if I only connect monitor to power plug it goes ASUS with black background (picture 3,lines are white-gray),then monitor changes background color to blue (picture 2,and also show message "no signal" lines are black and then it goes on st.by.

Going to try to check and clean cables, and to try with external power...

Could you specify cable that could make a problem?

  • ASUS VW247H 2 horizontal lines

    Hi all,

I was searching for this problem but I couldn't find it for sure what it is. Its about ASUS Monitor VW247H from Oct 2011

As you can see on the pictures there are 2 horizontal lines that are gray at beginning (when I turn monitor on) and then those lines change color (every pixel of those lines have different color) and it depends on background color.

What they are doing is slowly changing color but cant make it as a background.

Need to say that I am sure for 1 thing and that is problem with monitor because I use it as external...

  • Re: Debugging Asus VW222U

    Hello,
Maybe this post is out of date but I just wanted to know because i have same problem with 2 horizontal lines that start in white color and the slowly change color but I think that some subpixels are stuck. Just wanted to know if you solved your problem and how? Btw, I have ASUS VW247H.
    Thanks!
