Thank you for reply. In safe mode macbook is working stable, no restart. So I suspect that something has to be wrong with gpu. It can be that GPU IC is defective and need to be replaced, but the symptoms are the same after reballing. I don't know....

Hi. I have weird problem with macbook pro 16 820-01700. This is the second macbook with the same problem in two mounts. So after powering on macbook it works for few minutes than black screen, fan full speed for 1 second and than restart to apple logo and than again problem repeats. I have already rebelled gpu and reflowed mux chip but that haven't solved problem. No liquid spill, logicboard looks visually intact. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
