Hello again guys (freakaftr8 and tom66) after getting frustrated last note I decided to leave the TV alone until today. I have great news! I removed the t-con board again and cleaned it good with alcohol, everywhere possible. I dried it good with a hair dryer and reinstalled it. Now the picture is perfect with no distorted view. I want to thank you guys again for your knowledge and your help....

Okay guys looks like I successfully fixed mine and as it stays powered up the lines are gradually going away. Anyway it's a lot better than no picture at all. I'm going to let it run for awhile before I put it back together. Thanks everybody I'm stoked!!!!Leave a comment:

Okay freakaftr8, I cleaned the white ribbon cables at the t-con board and get a better picture. now with the right hand white ribbon unplugged I get a solid 2 inch white line across the screen from the center. Bare with me on the picks I will have to have my 15 year old daughter help with the download of pics after 4. Again sorry.Leave a comment:

Hey freakaftr8 I have been following this thread with you guys tring to fix my Visio e70 as well. So far I have replaced the mosfet chip as described and do have a picture but the V in the center of the screen is somewhat distorted while everything is plugged in. When unplugging the right drivers (3/4 inch wide white ribbon right side front facing) I get about a 2 inch tall stripe of vertical lines from the center of the screen to the right? Any suggestions.
