Well,that part name is 397ma which is equivalent with NCT7718W or ADM1032ARMZ-2R. This can be closed. Thank you all. I hope that this information will be handful for someone.

Hello all. Can somebody help me with the name off that part please. I has a burnt mark and I can't read the name of that part. I attached some pictures with the board,the location of the part and the part itself. Thank you.... -
