Wow I'm amazed to see a topic so recent (relatively speaking(). As an overclocker, 8800GTX, ULTRA and GTS have for sure been in my hands, I still have plenty. I mostly mod to remove overcurrent and overvolt protection together with the feedback pin, but undervolting is someting new. I tested tonight to modify the VID table (1.30 by default on GTX) by soldering in a 1k resistor to pull up pin #3, which coincidentally happens to be VID3. That gives VID code 1 1 1 1 0 = 1,1 volt (see link) . In reality this measure 1,16 under load, but that can be related to the other mods. So even if GTS 640 / 320...
