Re: Picking caps for Antec SU-380
I wasn't able to find a low-ESR cap for the primary, but I did buy a Nichicon LGU cap (LGU2G221MELB). I'm not sure it's a good replacement for the Hitachi HU4 that was in there already though, so I could just put that one back. I'm going to attach the datasheets here if anyone can give me an idea....

Re: Picking caps for Antec SU-380
Thanks for the advice. I ended up ordering mostly Panasonic FR-A series to replace the OST RLS, and I ordered both general purpose and low ESR equivalents for the few general purpose PCE TUR caps. Is there any reason I shouldn't replace those with low ESR caps?

Picking caps for Antec SU-380
In my search for a proper 5v heavy ATX power supply, I selected an old Antec SU-380 that I've had in storage for a long time. Opening the power supply reveals a couple bulged capacitors. I removed all the caps and made a map for myself. I found the datasheet for the PCE TUR series in this thread:

It says these are general purpose, so I assume I can replace them with any general purpose capacitors, but I don't really know anything about power supply circuits or reading capacitor datasheets. Despite this, I've been shopping...
