Really new here but really glad I found this forum!

I searched the forums and didn't find anything that resembled my issue so I was hoping someone may have some incite on this problem.

So I'm had this HannsG HH241 for a few years and it's been pretty solid. Last week I started getting the 2 seconds to black issue. I went ahead and replaced the 5 problem caps on the board. And as part of my initial dis assembly and testing, I screwed up one of the CCFL bulbs. So rather than mess with that I found the same exact LCD assembly on ebay and just...
