New to these forums and with TV repair so please let me know if I need to be more descriptive/technical with my explanation.

So I inherited this TV (LNT4671FX/XAA) and it works as intended in terms of picture/audio. My issue is that I cannot use the remote/buttons on the side of the TV to change the source. Currently I can hook up a PC via VGA and use it however I would like to try and tackle fixing the main issue here.
