Hello, I'm new to the forum and new to forums in general. My name is Jon, nice to meet you all.

Does anyone know how to a factory reset or access the service settings on a Logik L24DVDB19 Television? I have searched for so long for an answer, to no avail. I'm beyond frustrated.
