Hi, I'm aware that it's an old topic, but i have a tagan bz 700 is similar to the model 800. The problem in my psu comes on, but fails to approximately 10 ms later, attached to the motherboard goes in a loop start stop of the psu. Nothing seems to have seen the circuit or capacitor failure swollen.
