It came apart pretty easily probably because half the screws were missing. Its also full of duct tape and has a glued in multiplug.
I got it cheap a couple of years ago so Ive definitely had my moneys worth and after seeing the bodging that's gone on inside I'm not sure if its worth trying to fix really.Re: Hp lp3065

Yesterday MY HP LP3065 developed a fault. It will only stay on for around 10 seconds then the screen will go blank for around 10 seconds. The green light changes to orange for around a second then goes back to green and the screen powers back on for another 10 seconds. It will stay only slightly longer when first powered on but still under a minute.
I have tried connecting it to a different source and using a different DVI port but the fault stays. The panel is faultless so it seems a shame to bin the screen if the issue can be fixed. I don't know much about electronics...
