Did you ever get this fixed? I have the exact same problem with identical gray screen with lines running through it. I have already replaced the 470u.
The gray lines did not come up till after the 470u replacements about 2 months later. I replaced them again and same thing. Before that it was just a flashing blue light and would not power on until after about 10 minutes.Leave a comment:
