I have a 46" emerson lf461em4 tv. It wouldn't work at all no power at all completely dead. So I bought this on ebay and installed it

So now I plug in the tv and it comes on and Emerson and Press and hold the ok button on remote for 3 seconds message keeps flashing over and over. The red light on tv blinks 4 times. It does it so fast you can't even read the message in the first try. I do not have the original remote. Can anyone help me with this problem?...
