Hi all, having problems with the power board, fuse blown, changed bridge rectifier, thermistor and caps, still no power and fuse still blows.
Anyone have any idea which parts to test? -

Right, got the part, fitted it, blown again soon as the power supply plugged in with a massive blow. Any other ideas please anyone help ?Leave a comment:

Been to my local maplin but they don't have the part, found it on eBay so I await the delivery. Do you think it's going to be just that part or more stuff need replacing?Leave a comment:

Hi everyone hope somebody can help me? I'm having trouble with my Samsung lcd, the problem came from my electric tripping out at the main consumer box after some electric alterations for my shed.
The TV wouldn't come on and I had the standby light flashing and a ticking noise like it wanted to start up but couldn't, I checked the capacitors and none were bulging or leaking but I replaced them anyway.
After reinserting the power board and powering up the ceramic fuse blew with a big spark. This resulted in nothing happening and no standby light anymore.
