Rebuilding a NiCd battery pack (One of the battery terminals broke)
I have a really old Video 8 camcorder (8MM Video Cassette) that has a dead battery pack that I am now rebuilding because I happen to find an exact match of a battery pack from a working electric sweeper that was in the garbage and that battery is good and while doing so one of the terminals broke they look like really thin steel to me at least I do not really know if they are or not.
So my question is what can I use that can be easily shaped and soldered to so I can replace preferably both terminals now?
Hi,
I was given one of these Funai LF32FX4F TV's
I replaced most of the capacitors on the board (Except for the main big one and the two really small ones) and the set still has the same problem.
It powers on just long enough to see the Funai logo and then shuts down.
I did not test voltages but I did unplug the LED strip and it still does the same thing (I pointed a bright flashlight at the screen, and I was able to see the Funai logo just before the unit shut down)
