Then I downloaded some Panasonic Technical Guides (2009 to 2011) from there, but found out the TC-L42E5BG lies in the 2012 model line.

So, I just googled it and found the right document! It corroborates what you said, but...

This is my first post in this forum, so I'm sorry if I'm doing something wrong :P.

I have a Panasonic TC-L42E5BG LED TV at home.

It's been a month that when I try to turn it on, it enters the stand by mode and the power LED does the following sequence [I]ad infinitum[/I]:
[LIST][*]Blinks (3x);[*]Stop;[/LIST]

I know that this kind of behavior is used in Panasonic TVs to point the defect of the inner components, helping in the troubleshooting process. However, I just couldn't find the information about what this pattern means...
