i dont but i googled the symptems and got to that conclusion based on what other people said, though i dont know if i got sound but my probem is exactly like this one [url]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2hLKzdyDWU[/url]
where would the fuses be and the connectors seem fine

i have narrowed down the problem to a bad tcon though i dont see any physical damage on the board it self(not sure if its really fried or not). what id like to know is where can i buy a replacement board? it has to be in the lower 48 states and it cant exceed $65 with shipping.
