  • Re: JBL FLIP 2 - auto sleep

Yes, that is what I want. Some logic with 2 inputs (One voltage signal from speaker who tell if the speaker is on or off and one input from a vox circuit for example) If the input from vox circuit is "active" and the speaker is off then I close the button terminals and turns On the speaker, otherwise doesn't do anything.

I will put the circuit that I have and if someone could tell me how can I implement these logic with circuit I will be appreciated ...

    Hello,

I thougth in that but still have a problem. The button is the same to Turn ON and Turn OFF the spear so for example, if I buy a vox switch to turn on when I clap my hands I clap one time and the switch turn on the speaker, if I clap again they turned off. And that is the problem that I have. When I played music the capacitor charges and the circuit turns On the speakers but with the music the capacitor charges again and turns Off the speakers....

These speakers don't have AUTO-TURN ON when audio signal is present. Basically they have AUTO-TURN OFF but don't have the opposite.

Yes, it's. You can see in the picture below.

JBL FLIP 2 - auto sleep

    Hello guys,

I have one problem with speakers JBL FLIP 2. These speakers have a auto sleep system and after 30 minutes without audio signal they turn off. This system could be good if when we send audio again they turn on automatically but that doesn't happen. I want develop one circuit capable to turn on the speakers when I play music. So I had soldering one wire on each terminal of ON/OFF button and I searched for a solution. I found some solutions for that but still have a problem. My circuit amplifies the sound signal with one 9VAC/230VAC and with a diode charges a capacitor....
