I have a couple through hole diodes I haven't been able to source. Does anyone know of a good site or database I can check to decipher the case markings? I have plenty of sites for SMD parts but nothing devoted to obsolete through hole components.
First is a orange/black glass sealed diode (probably a zener) with a case code of 135.
The second is a standard looking diode with either "9H" or "H6" with a vertical "37"
These parts are 10-15 years old if it helps.

Re: Question regarding PLD speeds.
Yes, I have known good PLD I'm reading from to program into any replacements.
Do you have a suggestion for a good programmer? Using the G540 again is reminding me just how bad it really is. I may just post this question as a new thread if using the search feature doesn't turn up anything.

Yes, but not a great one. Genius G540

Question regarding PLD speeds.
I'm sourcing a replacement GAL22V10B-25LP, but all I can find is GAL22V10B-15LP. The difference in the part code is 15 & 25. All that represents is the speed of the PLD in ns.
So my question is: Will replacing a 25ns PLD with a 15ns PLD have negative effects?

Re: Chip identification
Is the IC round? Does this package match what you're after? http://www.microsemi.com/packaging-information/partpackage/details?pid=5535
If so, 2N503 pulls up http://alltransistors.com/transistor.php?transistor=4431
Please double check though because I haven't.Re: Chip identification<br /> <br /...tor=4431
