Philips 32PFL3018k/12 does not turn on

Hello There,
I have a 32 inch Philips 32PFL3018k / 12 television, I wanted to fix it for me.
When I put in the power cord, the power LED flashes 9 times and then lights up red, but otherwise nothing will happen!
If I now Unignore with the remote control, the power LED will flash again 9 times and he goes out.
Can anybody help?
