I tried resetting or the a Pram reset? Hey try taking a resistor off of the board before the LED driver and see what side you have a short on that will at least help pinpoint which direction you need to go and trace the short from.Leave a comment:

Hi everyone, I would replace the cap showing the stress cracks in the paint. After that I would make sure the board is completely clean and dust and debris. Maybe even going as far as ultrasonic cleaning it and then changing the thermal compound to make sure the chip is not overheating.Leave a comment:
