Would 2 swollen capacitors make the screen have some smudges on the tv?
They are very small and it covers a little more then half the screen (top of the screen) but what worries me is that the TV gets really hot where the smudges are and touch behind the tv (the plastic, not the screen which i am guessing also gets hot)....

I just noticed some black spots forming on the top of the tv and when i opened my tv i saw that metal around the ac in is rusty.
I have had the tv for like 10 years and i am wondering if it's a serious issue were the tv could get in flames because of it and also 2 capacitors are swollen.... -
