I am sorry but I do not know the answer to any of the 4 questions even the make as we had it especially built is there anything I could try.

I does not happen everytime but most times, when I turn on my computer it gets about halfway through the booting proccess then stops, Then I cannot do anything I cannot even turn it off. I have to unplug it from the mains then plug it in and start booting again, it always works the second time, can anyone help solve my problem.
