Sorry for the delay. Here are 2 PICs of the power/inverter board.

Dell E171FP, GH15/17 Cap Values
I have a Dell 17" LCD monitor with capacitors missing from locations C14, C15, C16, C17, C18, and C19.
The power/inverter board is a GH15/17/18 rev. 1.
Can someone provide the original capacitor values for me?
I can't find a diagram or parts list.
Thank you,

Re: Dell 2005FPW PS PROB AND VERT ROLLING
Folks. I had the same exact problem, same fix. C637 on logic board was defective. I replaced all the caps on the power board anyway. Monitor works fine now. The factory had substituted a cheap, smaller capacitor as the silkscreen template called for a larger one.

Re: Problem with Viewsonic VG920 lcd monitor
Toasty, Plainbill, Et all,
I know this is an old post, but I have a ViewSonic VG920 with exactly the same symptoms. I'm guessing there is a capacitor or other device leaking that is causing the crowbar circuit to immediately shut it down. Any advice before I 'shotgun' the power board capacitors?
Thanks,
