3-The Pwm ic i dont know if it was blown but i replaced.
4 The TL 431 blown, (replaced)

That component is very tiny but i think it has the following inscription on top:

    AKVH
    949

I think that is the correct inscription.

    Re: X360 1030 g2 backlight fuse

    I there

I dont know if this helps, but i had a similar problem with my X360, same motherboard.

I looked for the schematics, fuses on the motherboard and nothing. The fuses i found on the motherboard where aparently all good.

Then i bought a used lcd + assembly + cover from a old pc on ebay, and in the new/lcd all was good, i had retrolight in it.

    I there

First of all thanks for your reply.

In attachment there's the dump removed from the 128Mb bios chip.
Do you want the dump from the other chip?
I must solder the wires then to motherboard to make the dump, but you can check if this dump is ok?

  • HP Elitebook x360 1030 G2

    I there

I have a problem with the motherboard of this notebook.

When i connect the power supply the power supply LED blinks 7 times, i was researching for this problem and found that this is a BIOS related problem.

Then i flashed the Bios with a CH341 programmer and soldering tho the motherboard and still the same problem.

Does anyone had similar problem or possible solution?

note: I flashed the 128Mb bios, could the problem be on the other bios chip?

  • Re: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 dump urgent

    I there
I have one HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 that the screen does not have backlight. The pc boots normaly but when i changed the screen, because the old one cracked, the screen backlight stopped working.
I have the chance to buy a used motherboard with bios locked supposedly working properly, can i copy the dump of the Bios of the old working and program the locked Bios with that dump? Since it has 2 ic chips, which one should i copy?
Appreciate the help in this subject.
